6 Course Wine Connoisseur Experience
Starting with Canapés and our signature Caviar & Crouton 'cigar', guests select three courses from a seasonal themed selection of entrées, plat principaux (main course), and dessert.
All are paired with fabulous wines.
The Caviar course with a 2013 Dom Pérignon champagne; entrees are paired with the 2017 Leeuwin Estate Art Series Chardonnay; the main course with a choice between a 2006 Henschke Hill of Grace Shiraz or 1996 Penfolds Grange Bin 95; and dessert with a glass of the 1997 Château d'Yquem.
